Apple Buys Beats Sound System for $3 Billion – Most Expensive Deal in Apple’s History.
Apple CEO Tim Cook is buying Beats which includes Beats Music and Beats Audio Hardware, a well-known streaming radio service company, founded by rapper Dr. Dre and music industry executive Jimmy Iovine, for $3 Billion with $2.6 billion in cash and $400 million in stock. Also both the founders are going to join Apple’s team. This announcement was made on May 28, 2014 in California.
This deal is said to be the most expensive deal in the 38 years history of Apple. Currently Beats has just 250,000 users but still Tim Cook is confident that it will increase once Beats and Apple works together while selling more than 35 billion songs in past 13 years to more than 800 million iTunes account.

Canvas Knight provides 16 MP back camera with resolution of 3456 x 4608 pixels along with autofocus and LED flash. With 16 MP camera you can record videos with 1080p@30 fps in full HD. Not just it has 16 MP front camera but it also offers 8 MP front camera which is till now no company has offered.

Canvas Knight is equipped with Octa-core 2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU integrated with Mali-450MP4 GPU. Also it will run Android OS, v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) but yet there is no news about its update. It has non-removable Li-Ion battery of 2350 mAh.
